1. Acceptance and provider

These terms apply when you use this website or purchase relocation planning from Module Workbase, Level 9, 37 Gallusanlage, Frankfurt am Main 60329. By confirming an engagement, you accept the version supplied with your quote.

2. Nature of the service

We provide practical recommendations, research orientation and planning support for relocations to Germany. We do not act as an immigration lawyer, tax adviser, insurance broker or public authority. Information is based on the facts you provide and sources available when the work is performed. Authority decisions, appointment availability and processing times are outside our control.

3. Client responsibilities

You must provide accurate, timely information, review all official forms yourself and disclose relevant changes to dates or household circumstances. Do not send sensitive records unless we specifically request them through an agreed channel. You remain responsible for applications, deadlines and professional advice needed for your case.

4. Booking, fees and changes

Scope, fee, VAT, date and delivery format are confirmed in writing. Payment is due as stated on the invoice. Rescheduling, cancellation and refunds follow our refund policy. Additional research outside the confirmed scope requires a new written agreement.

5. Intellectual property

The website design, original articles and general planning materials belong to Module Workbase. You may use a roadmap prepared for you within your own household. You may not resell, publish or adapt it as a commercial guide without written permission. Official materials remain the property of their publishers.

6. Liability

We perform the agreed service with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by German law, we are not liable for indirect loss, missed opportunities, authority delay, refusal, changes in law or decisions made contrary to our stated recommendations. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory consumer rights.

7. Website links and availability

External links are provided for orientation. Public bodies may change URLs and content without notice. We do not warrant uninterrupted website availability or control third-party sites.

8. Governing law and disputes

German law governs these terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence. Where legally permitted, Frankfurt am Main is the place of jurisdiction. Consumers may also use applicable statutory dispute procedures and courts.
